Service overview

King Physics Homework Help is a single-problem video walkthrough service. A student (or their parent/guardian) submits one physics problem, a photo of their work, and where they are stuck. The teacher records a human-made, step-by-step video explanation and delivers a private link within 24 hours.

The fixed price is $20.00 USD per request, payable through Stripe Checkout. We do not store card numbers or other payment-instrument details; Stripe handles payment processing and receipts.

Refund policy

• Not delivered on time: If the walkthrough is not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund.
• Declined request: If the teacher declines the request, you will receive a full refund automatically.
• Refund method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the card issuer or payment provider.

Service scope and acceptable use

This service is for a single problem or concept per request. The walkthrough is a recorded video explanation, not live tutoring or a completed assignment.

By submitting a request, you confirm that the work image is the student’s own work and does not contain prohibited, illegal, or harmful content. We reserve the right to decline any request that violates these standards.

Privacy and media retention

Please see our Privacy Policy for full details. In short:

• Abandoned, unpaid uploads are deleted within 24 hours.
• Paid-request photos and completed walkthrough videos are deleted 7 days after the request is completed or refunded.
• Private download links expire and are not usable after deletion.
• Basic financial/audit records needed for accounting are retained longer, but card data is never stored by King Physics.

Guardian consent for minors

Students under 18 must have a parent or guardian review these terms, consent to the service, and complete the purchase. The adult making payment is responsible for ensuring the student has permission to submit the problem photo and receive the walkthrough.
